Trying local authentic food is a great way to experience the culture of a foreign city, but learning how to make them yourself is even better!
PMQ Taste Library is the only food-themed library in Hong Kong. Having a collection of over five thousand books covering different food cultures from around the globe, we now are offering you the perfect opportunity to experience the local Cantonese food culture the way you have never done before!
Our curator will share the history or some fun facts and stories of the dish of the day in the “Cook-In Hong Kong Workshop”. All the participants would learn how to make the dish from scratch. After the workshop, not only your stomach will be satisfied, but you will also be able to bring the wonderful taste back to your home country and share with all your friends!
* Minimum two people to form a class
* Reservation must be made at least TWO working days prior the class (No walk-in accepted).

香港作為美食之都，除了吃在旅途中，有否想過親手下廚學煮一兩道香港菜？
PMQ味道圖書館是香港唯一一間以味道為主題的圖書館，除了館藏有五千本與飲食有關的圖書外，更一直在香港致力推廣飲食文化。如果你也喜歡飲食和烹飪，想在旅途期間學習更多飲食知識，就要來味道圖書館上一課「港味十足」的料理烹飪體驗了！
在「港飲港食」工作坊中，策展人除了會講解所作菜式的背景及小故事，也會加入創意元素，讓你更全面看到香港的飲食文化，經過一個多小時的工作坊後，不止腦袋和肚子得到滿足，還可以把旅行時喜歡的味道也一併學好然後帶回家去！
